This recession has hit everyone hard. Many people have lost their jobs, some have lost their homes and everyone is poor. This report from The Onion News Network breaks down the new divide in America — the new poor versus the old poor. As a person who has spent more than her share of time in a double wide (once, even a standard trailer), I have to say being poor might not be what it’s cracked up to be. While government cheese is delicious, it’s more binding that you would think.
