Rep. Lynn Merriweather of California took to the floor of the House yesterday looking a bit haggard, stating that botched plastic surgery is the biggest problem facing America today and proposes legislation that would stop doctors with degrees from the Bermuda College of Excellent Medicine from practicing plastic surgery in run-down strip malls.
