Step One: Make every American a Congressman, because that way, we’ll get their health care benefits. Done! Step Two: Prevention. And by prevention, Hodgman means moving the sick people away from us, so we don’t get sick. Away to Camp Sniffles! And it’s cheap. It’s only going to cost you a kidney!
