You may remember the battle between Shepard Fairly’s HOPE poster and the AP over intellectual property. Well, artist Evan Roth has recreated Fairly’s Obama Hope poster, as well as Mannie Garcia’s AP photograph as paintings and put them for sale on his website.
The first person to send him a cease and desist notice wins. Any guesses on who takes the title?
