On Friday’s Real Time with Bill Maher, Bill opens the show with a sketch about Carrie Prejean’s Christian breasts and then moves on to his monologue. Bill’s got jokes about Dick Cheney, John Edwards, Nancy Pelosi, Newt Gingrich, Sarah Palin, Miss California, Bristol Palin, Madonna, Barack Obama and NASA.
In clip 2, Bill talks with Elizabeth Warren, the woman in charge of TARP. They talk about the economy, deregulation and credit cards.
Bill is joined on the panel by Dan Savage, Amy Holmes and Richard Brookhiser. They discuss Nancy Pelosi, torture, Dick Cheney, the current mood of the country, the stimulus bill and intellectual conservatism.
Maher shows his new segment, “GOP Science Fair”, where carbon dioxide is discussed. Then the panel moves on to discuss cap and trade, global warming, Newt Gingrich and Obama’s decision on the torture photos.
The gang continues the torture photo discussion, then moves on to gay marriage, don’t ask don’t tell, sexual harassment in the military and then David Simon joins the panel. They talk about The Wire and the War on Drugs.
