The Hollywood Reporter recently sat down with Bill O’Reilly, who is celebrating his 100th consecutive month as the top cable news show. And besides calling MSNBC “hateful” and “left-wing idealogues” and saying he doesn’t need to think about Keith Olbermann, he also had some words for Hollywood’s politically inclined. When asked if there are any actors whose political opinions would not make him want to see their movies, O’Reilly replied, “Just Sean Penn.”
O’Reilly went on by saying, “He’s a great actor, and if you hire him, you’ll get a good performance. I’m just not going to give a guy who gives aid and comfort to people like (Iran president Mahmoud) Ahmadinejad, Hugo Chavez and Saddam Hussein, when he was alive, my 10 bucks. That’s my right as an American.”
Plus, he played that homo in his last movie. It was called “Homo“, or something. Anyway, O’Reilly said he’s a big movie guy, and his favorites are the first two Godfathers, M*A*S*H and Mel Brooks’ The Producers. And his favorite actor is Clint Eastwood, who has never played a homo.
