Who says the awful housing market just has $5 houses in Detroit? Aaron Spelling’s gigantic old home, “The Manor” is on the market for $150 million. It’s got over 100 rooms and is 56, 500 square feet (the White House is 55,000) on 4.6 acres, which makes it the biggest home in Los Angeles County and the most expensive home for sale in the United States. Good luck getting that loan.
Anyway, Spelling’s crazy widow let her dog pick the real estate agent. If the dog didn’t like the agents who came in, she’d cross them off her list. That sounds about right. And if you remember the Fabulous Life episode from a few years ago, the house has a room dedicated to wrapping presents. It’s also got room to park 100 cars.
