The Japanese Finance Minister Got Wasted in Rome

The Japanese Finance Minister, Shoichi Nakagawa, denied today he was drunk at a conference in Rome, where he slurred his words and seemed wasted. He said he had drinks on his flight, but it was his medicine that caused his wasted-ness.

Opponents of Mr. Nakagawa have called for his firing, but Prime Minister Taro Aso has supported his boozebag friend. Real video after the jump.
